Please read this policy carefully before making any payments. All transactions are final, and we do not offer refunds except in cases explicitly mentioned in this policy.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payments made via the SkyAero website are final and are not reversible. Please use caution when entering online payments. We recommend double-checking all payment details before confirming any transaction.

Final Payments

All online payments are considered final once processed. Please verify all details before confirming your payment.

Excess Payments

Excess bill payments will be automatically adjusted in your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for overpayments.

Secure Payments

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. Always ensure you're on our official website before making payments.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for any payments made through our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

Service Charges

All service charges, activation fees, and monthly subscription payments are non-refundable.

Early Termination

If you cancel your service before the end of your billing cycle, no refund will be issued for unused days.

Technical Issues

Refunds are not provided for temporary service disruptions or technical issues that are resolved within our SLA timeframe.

Force Majeure Clause

The SkyAero shall not be responsible for service disruptions due to natural disasters, earthquakes, storms, wars, government regulations, crises, or any force majeure conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be applicable.

Recharge Policy

Once a recharge is done (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months), no refund will be provided as this is a prepaid service. Customers must decide before recharging.

Refund Terms

If a complaint is registered through official channels (email or registered complaint system) and you face continue service issue then refund is applicable, the customer will receive the balance amount after deducting 18% GST, 8% AGR, and usage charges.

Unofficial Payment Policy

If any payment is made to any employee without an official SkyAero invoice or receipt, the SkyAero will not be responsible for such payment, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Service Suspension Policy

If any illegal activity is detected and inquiries are received from DoT, TRAI, Police, or Special Cell, the SkyAero will provide customer details and may suspend the connection. No refund will be applicable in such cases.

Exception for Excess Payments

The only exception to our no-refund policy is when you make an excess payment. In such cases, the excess amount will be credited to your account and automatically adjusted against your next bill.

Connection Transfer Policy

If the customer transfers their connection to another person, the SkyAero will not refund any remaining or unused balance amount under any circumstances.

Service Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their SkyAero broadband service at any time. However, please note the following important points regarding cancellations:

Billing Cycle

Services continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided for early cancellation.

Equipment Return

All equipment (modems, routers, etc.) must be returned within 15 days of cancellation. Failure to return equipment will result in additional charges.

Outstanding Balances

All outstanding balances must be cleared before service cancellation can be processed.

How to Cancel Your Service

To cancel your SkyAero service, please contact our customer support team at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations can be requested through:

SkyAero Private Limited ("Service Provider") shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of:

Important Legal Notice

In case of any fraudulent transaction entered into by the customer using the internet payment gateway, the service provider SkyAero shall not be held liable and any penalties imposed upon SkyAero by the third party merchant on account of loss suffered by the merchant shall be charged back from the customer concerned.

What This Means

This clause protects SkyAero from liability in cases where:

  • Decline of authorization by the payment merchant for any transaction
  • Fraudulent transactions conducted using customer credentials
  • Third-party merchant penalties due to customer actions
